Sapient Consulting is an established HR consultancy advising on all aspects of "people issues" from recruitment, through terms and conditions of employment, employee benefits, training and career management. Indeed, anything related to employment and development.

We firmly believe that the best and most cost effective solutions arise from taking a holistic approach to HR. As a consequence we tend to specialise in the small and medium sized enterprises where our interventions have the most impact. Of course this does not preclude large organisations though our history shows our interventions to be specific projects rather than global reviews.

Whilst Sapient has a wide range of clients from many sectors there are two areas where we have particular expertise; insurance organisations in the City of London and Commercial enterprises in East Anglia.
